No matter how much people try, accidents happen and people sustain injuries as a result. If the injuries are life-threatening, it is crucial for patients to seek treatment from a hospital ER. However, if the injury, illness or condition is not life-threatening, then we can help. Many people will find that an ER will have long wait times and need to take care of more severe patients before the patients with minor issues. Due to this, an urgent care can help offer patients the care they need.
We provide care with little wait times and maintain professionalism throughout. We do not cut any corners to speed up the process and will ensure that each patient has the necessary treatment to remain healthy. We provide urgent care for a variety of issues, including:
- Eye injuries
- Strains and sprains
- Sore throat
- Urinary tract infections
- Flu and flu-like symptoms
- Non-life-threatening injuries after motor vehicle accidents
- Workers comp
We understand that an illness may not need emergency care from a hospital, but will need immediate treatment that one cannot wait several weeks to receive. Patients who continue to struggle with a sore throat may need more than over-the-counter remedies. These patients can visit us for stronger and more effective treatment. We also provide physicals for work, school, sports or other organizations.
As an urgent care, we welcome walk-in appointments and will ensure that the patient receives care as soon as possible. In comparison to treatment at an ER, we can treat patients with less of a wait time. While we are not a hospital ER, we do have all the necessary state-of-the-art equipment to treat patients. With our team of board-certified professionals, we can offer patients professional and efficient treatment for recovery.
The process begins when the patient walks in the door. Since we accept walk-ins, patients do not need to worry about scheduling an appointment unless they want to. We will then examine the patient’s health history, the patient’s current state of health and any other medical factors. We will then recommend the best treatment for the patient.
In some cases, we may give the patient a prescription for medication. The patient can follow up with us in a week or two if the condition does not improve. We are open seven days a week to treat patients when they need it. Our hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Mondays through Saturdays and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays. If you or a loved one is in need of treatment for a condition that is not life-threatening, visit our clinic.
We can treat most issues and will recommend the best course of action for conditions that we are unable to treat. Our goal is to give you the treatment you need in an efficient and effective manner. We offer treatment in a comfortable, family-friendly environment. For more information or answers to any questions, give us a call at 352-233-4178.
